General Manager
Ken Allen
Ken started working for Sodexho in June of 2001. Nancy, his wife of 23 years, is a student at
the BVU Center in Fort Dodge. Portia, their oldest child, is a senior at ISU and searching for
a vet school to continue her education. Tenicia, a senior at Pocahontas Area Community High School,
will be off to Ames in the upcoming fall. Patrick, the athlete of the family, is a 7th grader at
Pocahontas. Ken enjoys his position with Sodexho and is proud to be a member of the BVU community.

Retail Operations Manager
Jen Henrichs
Jen has been with Sodexho almost two years now. She started out as the administrative
assistant and is now the Retail Operations Manager. She enjoys her new role as it gives
her a chance to meet new people. Jen has two children who keep her very busy: Jaden, age
five, and Josie, age three. Jen enjoys working out at the rec center and spending time with
family and friends.

Production Intern
Travis Johnson
Travis is a senior at BVU. He has worked for Sodexho for the past three and a half years while
attending BVU. For his last semester at BVU, Travis is currently completing an internship with
Sodexho. Travis has also worked as a kitchen manager/chef for the past two summers in Cedar Rapids,
IA. He plans to join the Sodexho team upon graduation in May.

Assistant Catering Manager
Kathy Miller
Kathy is the Assistant Catering Manager for Sodexho. Kathy enjoys working for Sodexho and BVU, where she
has worked for the past five years. You may know Kathy's husband Randy, who works with the BVU maintenance
department in the science center. Kathy has two sons: Daniel, a 2005 graduate of BVU, and Kyle, a first-year
college student who works part-time for Sodexho catering. Kathy enjoys getting to meet and know many of the
college students.

Night Shift Supervisor
Jackie Oldenkamp
Jackie has worked for Sodexho for three years, after graduating from Storm Lake High School in 2001.
She is looking foward to her new position at Sodexho as Night Shift Supervisor.

Kitchen Supervisor
Michelle Patten
Michelle started working in the "back of the house" for Sodexho in the summer of 1996. Starting
as head night cook, she gradually led to a management role as a kitchen superviso/head chef for
seven years, then back to an hourly position for the last two and a half years. Family life at
home, a husband of seven years two beatiful boys, and work work work keeps her busy! Michelle
enjoys cooking good food, baking and free time (when someone else does the cooking).
