- Letters of Recommendation If you are applying to the Graduate Program in education, you will also need three letters of recommendation: one from a principal or supervisor, one from a professional colleague, and one reference of your choosing. You will also need a copy of your K-12 teaching certificate or license. Please download and use this letter of recommendation form (PDF, 35 KB).
- Financial Aid: If applying for financial aid, you will need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. The FAFSA is processed by the U.S. Department of Education.
