Printing Problems

Problems printing to a printer located in the library.

• Make sure you are logged into the network.
     •   Right click on the "N" in the system tray.
     •   Click on Novell Connections.
     •   If you are not logged in, right click on the "N."
     •   Click on Novell Login.
  

• Make sure you have money in your print account.
• If you are still having problems, ask for assistance at the circulation or reference desk.

When I print my PDF document, all I get is blank pages.

• You cannot use your browser toolbar to print a PDF document.
• To print, click the print icon on the document toolbar.

ILLiad documents

You can only view or download your article from inside ILLiad. To print your article:

• Right click on the transaction number.
• Choose "Save Target As."
• Open your document from the saved location.
