Five Step Process

Hybrid course information
Hybrid courses are a blended model of both face-to-face and online teaching. In a hybrid course a significant amount of course activities are moved online and traditional classroom time is reduced. Hybrid courses offer students the best of both worlds by allowing the instructor to integrate effective learning strategies, enhanced instructional technology, and the flexibility of online learning while not losing the benefits of the traditional classroom.

For Faculty and Student help with Blackboard, check out the Connected Learning Support site, where you will find help guides for the basics of Blackboard (logging in, personalizing the course, changing personal information, etc), as well as some features (Digital Drop Box, Discussion Board, and Virtual Classroom, etc).
