The TLTC has a variety of equipment available for checkout for faculty and staff. Equipment for students and general use is available through 2FIX. If you would like to checkout a digital still/video camera, a projector, or any of our other equipment, please contact the TLTC as soon as you know the dates to ensure the equipment will be available. You will need to provide the TLTC with the following information:
- Your first and last name
- The piece of equipment you would like to reserve/checkout
- The date and approximate time you would like to pick it up
- The date and approximate time you would return it
If you stop by the TLTC to checkout equipment, but have not reserved it ahead of time, we cannot guarantee that the equipment will be available. If it is available, however, it can be checked out on the spot. Just in case, we recommend you make a reservation as soon as you know the dates you will be needing it. The typical checkout period is 3 days, but it is possible to arrange to check the equipment for an extended period of time.
Note: When you check out our equipment, you are accepting full responsibility for any damage or loss that may incur.
