About Privacy
Access to all student directory information is limited to BVU students,
faculty, and staff. Additionally, each student has the option of having
their information fully excluded from the online directory.
The university contact information of BVU staff and faculty members is
publicly available through the online directory. Staff and faculty
members can also have their home address and phone numbers listed in the
online directory, but this information will only ever be visible to BVU
students, faculty, and staff. Staff and faculty members also have the
option of having their home address and phone number completely excluded
from the online directory.
Privacy options for all BVU students, faculty, and staff can be set through
the directory update site.
Updating Contact Information
Faculty and staff can update their contact information by sending an e-mail
with the updated information to Human Resources.
Students can update their directory information by contacting the registrar's
office.
My name is not listed in the online directory, or my information is incorrect
or incomplete.
Students: check your privacy preferences on the directory update site. The
online directory listings wholly excludes information about students who have
requested not to be listed in the online directory. Your permanent address and
phone number can be updated through the directory update site. Revisions to
your campus address and phone number can be made by contacting the office of
residence life.
Staff/Faculty: information in the online directory is derived directly from
Human Resources records and can be revised through the Human Resources
self-service site. Additionally, you can elect to have your home address and
phone number included or excluded through the directory update site.
