Heather Noll begins her first season as head coach of the Buena Vista volleyball program in the fall of 2008.

Noll comes to BVU following a two-year stint as a graduate assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where the team was the Division III National Runner-up in 2007 after placing third in 2006. In addition to those coaching duties, she also served as an assistant to the strength and conditioning coach and served as the head men’s club volleyball coach from November of 2006 until April of 2007.

Prior to arriving at UW-Whitewater, Noll played collegiate volleyball for two seasons at Indian Hills Community College (2002 & 2003) before closing out her career at Coe College (2004 & 2005). She was named team captain for the Kohawks in 2005, while also being named Team MVP and earning Second Team All-Iowa Conference honors. She was a National Junior College Athletic Association Region XI All-Academic First Team Member in 2004, while also being named to the Iowa Conference All-Academic Team in 2005. She holds the Kohawk record for most kills in a five game match (25) set in 2005.

Noll is a native of DeWitt, Iowa.
