BVU was pleased to welcome Iowa Poet Laureate Roberta Dana as he presented the annual Stolee Lecture on March 10, 2005. Stolee read his original works, including poems from The Morning of the Red Admirals, his latest book.
Dr. Annamaria Formichella Elsden signs a copy of her new book, Roman Fever, at a recent BVU reception. The book, which examines nineteenth-century portrayals of American women traveling aroad, has been met with critical acclaim.
