The school is concerned with the many-faceted process of communication. From face-to-face interaction through speech and Spanish, to communication through art, music, drama, writing, or the mass media, the School of Communication and Arts focuses on the human need to interact. The approach is both pragmatic and creative, teaching students to practice the art of communication, as well as developing in each student an appreciation for the dynamic creative impulse that all men and women share.
